For just the few of you..
I looked back today and realised i've grown. How sometimes you just grow and dont realise it.
Significant things i always want to remember.
Being piggy backed and raced around the field in primary 4. ( i was on piggy back of cos , was fun!! )
loving high jump, almost got into the school competition, then looked at the tall competitors, n decided to knock that pole over to save myself the embarrassment. (dont ask me to jump now, i'l probably break my bones, sides, i was so small size then! How tall could i jump.. )
almost got into atheletics, but learnt from my partner that we shouldnt, as there would be real tough training.. So both of us paced ourselves such that we were in the middle, not last, else it'll look too suspicious. (kinda silly the things i did)
In primary six i was accussed of stealing, n my friends sent up a 'bookworm investigation club' to investigate me, n i was of cos left out of everything.. I didnt, and they warmed up abit after my Mum called one of them up and scolded them upside down. ( i was crying almost everyday.. :_( )
N so, i left primary school hurt and never went back.. Not even to my favourite teachers.. :(
Joined NPCC and had the craziest times!
Rope climbing was my personal favourite. Though hands mostly hurt after that.. :P
was the clumbsiest ever, and was appointed medic for many occassions ( was getting good cos i had training! (self medic. :P) )
Letter writing.. walking by classrooms to slot them so the other party can reply within the day. Great fun! ( i still kept some of the letters )
Writing on the desks wth chalks (just for the fun of it)
Being liked by girls, it was fun.. like having some fan club and you realise there are these same few girls walking past your classroom many times a day.. ( how do i know they are looking at me? well, i happen to be one of the most boyish in my class, n i had spies la! )
Then being liked by guys was a totally different experience.. So i ended up being everyone's brother.. :P Haha.. No lar, not literally. they knew me to be the little brother..
Then comes the fun days of piggy backs again cos i was so small sized.. haha.. fun days they were.. running about.. n oops (sometimes missing class) school attachments.. stayovers where you can sleep beside anyone, girl or guy, in all innocence. great experience..
then came the days i felt so loved (brotherly) cos finally someone treated me like a little sister, n i could cry in front of him and have a shoulder to cry on. n hugs anytime!! (dats y i love u so much sherene!) and anytime i need him, he'll come to me if possible.. or just simply pop by my place, just to spend sometime together.. sit back to back under the stars and talk about nothing much yet go away feeling we had the best conversation.. (no chemistry really) (kevin knows really!!)
then i grew somemore, n realised there are many things u cant do.
u cant hug any brother anytime and anyhow you like (my own little brother grew, n i cant hold his hands or hug him anymore) ..
if there was a chalet, you have to have a girl's room n a guy's room..
a guy and a girl, if were to be in the same room, have to leave the door open..
if u r going out w a guy, its a date? (i'm still confused about this)
you are not supposed to be too 'touchy' with a guy. ( i was specifically told i was too 'touchy' and would send the wrong signals, is that true?)
u obviously cant give pecks on the cheeks. (which i do when younger (to girls when i was in a girls' school, just for fun ma.. ) and some chosen brothers (i mean, birthday n special occassions ma, cannot?) )
Many many more.. bottomline is, as the saying goes : men women thin thin no green.. get it?
Anyways. so there i go, staying away from most of my guy friends... even those that treat me as guys. (Most do act, i'm not act a girly girl, get what i mean? Ha!)
And there i go, being as decent as i can be.. :)
Period for now.. cos thats where the totzz stop. :P
